 Pat Fisher

Pat and her husband, Jim moved to Congress in 1992 from Toledo, Ohio where they owned a music store.  She has worked at Congress Water since 1995.  She volunteers in as many community affairs as she can, as she feels that we need to give back to our community.  She believes that children are our future and we have a great responsibility to send them out in the world prepared to succeed.  Her present term will expire on December 31, 2018.

Kent McGrew ​​Kent McGrew

Kent earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Montana Tech.  He is a Metallurgical Engineer and has traveled extensively.  He and his wife operate ReagnTech, Inc.  His grandchildren have attended the school.   He is an unpaid volunteer at the school in the areas of math and science. Kent's School Board term will expire on December 31, 2020.


 BriAnna Barksdale BriAnna Barksdale     

Bri received her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Rainstar University and is a Grade 2 Water Distribution Operator. She is very interested and passionate about the continuing success of the district. Bri is the Office Administrator of the Congress Water District and has extensive knowledge in Open Meeting Law, creating and implementing policies and programs, and budget planning which are important aspects of a governing board. She currently apprentices under an illustrator and gallery artist and writes children’s storybooks. Bri strongly believes in community service and giving back to a community where she has lived all her life. Bri's present School Board term will expire on December 31, 2020.


McKaskleCharmaine McKaskle
(School Board President)

Charmaine is a 4th generation Arizonan. She and her husband are the parents of 8 children. She is passionate about the value of a good education and loves to be involved in Congress school. She feels we should all take an active part in our communities.  Mrs. McKaskle received her Bachelors Degree from Prescott College in Spanish. She was a Permanent Substitute for the Chino Valley School District and was the English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor for the Prescott School District for many years.  In retirement, since 2006, she has volunteered at Congress School as a Teacher Assistant and by teaching English classes for adults.  Her School Board term will expire on December 31, 2018.



Brian DeShazo Brian DeShazo

A graduate of Wickenburg High School, Mr. DeShazo completed his Associate's Degree from American InterContinental University in Business Administration. He is a teacher at Wickenburg Christian Academy and a Youth Pastor for a church in Congress. Mr. DeShazo has four children, one who attends Congress School. Mr. DeShazo's School Board term will expire on December 31, 2018.
